Prime School Estoril welcomes German and Romanian Schools
In February 2025 Prime School Estoril had the honour of welcoming students and teachers from Germany and Romania for a week of activities.
From February 17th to 21st, 2025, Prime School is delighted to host the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme, welcoming students and teachers from George Cosbuc National College (Romania) and Albert-Schweitzer-Schule Alsfeld (Germany). This initiative promotes intercultural dialogue, sustainability awareness, and collaborative learning, taking place across Sintra, Estoril, Mafra, Cascais, and Lisbon.
Over the course of five days, participants will explore Portugal's cultural and historical heritage through a variety of enriching activities. These include guided tours to iconic sites, hands-on sustainability workshops, school presentations, and interactive discussions on topics such as zero waste, human rights, and European citizenship. Outdoor experiences, including a visit to the Iberian Wolf Recovery Center and beach cleaning initiatives, further reinforce the programme's commitment to environmental responsibility.
Beyond academic and environmental themes, the exchange also provides space for cultural immersion, with special moments dedicated to music, storytelling, and social engagement. The programme aims to strengthen international connections and foster meaningful educational experiences.
